In-Kind Contributions

In-Kind Support for Alternet

In addition to the financial contributions of its member institutes, the operation of the Alternet Association would not be possible without the significant in-kind support of its partners. We proudly recognize some of these key contributions below.

Alternet Leadership

The Alternet leadership personnel oversee the operation of the Alternet bodies of governance–the Council and Steering Committee. This represents a serious degree of in-kind work and commitment. The current leadership is made up of two chairs from NINA and INRAE and two vice chairs from CESAM and UK-CEH.

Each of Alternet’s core activities is supported by the leadership of an appointed member of the Alternet Steering Committee. The Steering Committee members work to deliver action proposals and recommendations to the Alternet Council–and then work throughout the year to carry out those action plans.
